Lived here about a year. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a fine place to live, I don’t have any major gripes with the building. I don’t have a car and I love it, lots of fun things to do in the area. I can bike and walk to everything I need. The Loring Park neighborhood is the best to live in IMO in Minneapolis. Management is pretty good, it’s nice that they have a on-site caretaker. I’ve rented with mega corps before and this is much better. If your thinking of moving here I really recommend ditching your car. Cars are expensive, terrible, and slowly (or not so slowly) smoldering the planet. But… if you insist it’s alright to have a car here. Honestly though, if you ever need a car you can just use the Hourcar up the road or use an Evie.

Very friendly area. walking distance from loring park and the art institute. You also have good neighbors. Affordable housing. very convenient for the working class and college students. I truly recommend for future tenants to consider living here.
