Each apartment has in-wall A/C and electric baseboard heat. Trash, hot water and sewer service is included in rent. Tenant pays electric and a $25 monthly water usage fee. Coin-operated laundry machines are located on the lower level of each building. Rent includes one dedicated off-street parking space per apartment. Greenspire Greenway Gardens is conveniently located just three miles south of downtown Madison and just south of the Beltline Highway. The property has easy access to schools, parks, shops and restaurants.
