Love living here! Very quiet neighbors that all mind their own business. Very clean complex even with most having pets it’s always clean and well kept. It is true that the walls are thick can hardly ever to never hear your neighbors. I like that the parking is patrolled by tow trucks at times because that only offers security for myself that no one who doesnt belong in here is here and may prevent theft or other crime. Also no pests at all and offers pest control to keep it that way. Management is helpful and respectful . Coming from California and made this place my home with no regrets. Extremely ideal and perfect has all and everything one can want in a home. I live in a loft and I’m in love. Units have washer and dryers and fireplaces if requested. The reviews don’t lie on this site, that’s how I decided to make this place home now you can do the same and not regret it!

I appreciated all the hard work from Bertha and illana. I started looking for an apartment 6 months in advance. With all the kindness, customer service, attentive and professionalism, illana treated me as though I was moving in that exact day. Then Bertha took over for her and without missing a beat continued with the most patience, helpfulness and respect. There were some confusions in the process but with heist it was resolved. I've seen negative reviews about Maria but I actually had a pleasant experience with her as well. And Jonathan his made sure that whenever Bertha isn't available he promptly tries to find a solution to my problem. Only negative I have to say is the maintenance left quite a mess after repair things and didn't bother to clean and someone urinated in my toliet with my knowledge because they seat was still up (I, a female, live alone with my daughter). Otherwise amenities are amazing, no problem complimentary covered parking, and i feel safe.
