I am going on my third year here now and I am happy with this property . My experience with Maintenance has been great. Whenever I have had an issue Andie has always taken care to address the issues and fix the problem. He is friendly and professional. He is knowledgeable about his job and takes ownership and pride in his work. A great asset to the Waterside family. Keep doing what you do Andie.

Looks like it's going to be our new home. My husband and I will be commuting back and fourth to Houston for work for the next year on a project. When looking for a more fixed place to stay other than a hotel we found Waterside Village. Tom, helped us with a tour and reviewing pricing and lease terms. He was extremely helpful and informative on all aspects of the contract and what work is being done around the property to improve it (I always review Google and asked a lot of questions surrounding the noted "issues"). I look forward to calling Waterside Village our second home.
