Virginia Square Towers is the best apartment in Arlington to live! The facility is always clean and the staff is beyond accommodating. Leasing agent Victoria is very understanding and provides excellent costumer service. I moved in during Covid (which was of course stressful itself) along with the rising prices in the area; however Victoria and the leasing staff made this transition easy and answered my 700 phone calls regarding move-in. Rent payment has been a breeze with a simple app no issues regarding payment or wrong numbers. The gentleman at the front desk Mustafa is always accommodating and willing to help out as well! If you ever need anything they always respond to emails and phone calls, very relatable and WANT to help you. The building location is phenomenal just a short walk from the metro and all bars, restaurants ect. Definitely the best place to live. Amenities are always clean and orderly, making for a great experience in my first apartment. Planning on resining again due to the great staff, clean building and great location!

I've lived in this place for a while now. I had a two bedroom with my roommate prior to moving into my own studio in the building in August. Honestly there are a lot of review about the amenities closing during the start of the pandemic but I found that staff almost immediately started planning how they were going to be opened safely when it would be allowed. I've never had a maintenance request take longer than 2 days - even when I mark them low priority on like Friday evening. All the staff has always been super helpful and nice. The appliances are great, the rent is reasonable for how nice the building it is and its location. I would recommend this spot to my friends.
