The staffs are nice and considerate. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live.

Management is Very unprofessional! Every time I have a problem they ignore me and never solve my issues. Just walked in one of my bedrooms to my window completely missing. No joke it’s gone no broken glass or anything I literally don’t understand. I’ve communicated many times about many different things and still nothing has been solved idk what else to do I don’t want to break my lease but I’m not comfortable here. They will be hearing from my lawyers. Don’t move here people!! Update: it’s Tuesday and I’ve had no window since Thursday. Cheyenne the office manager told me Friday that she’ll have it done that day her maintenance man just has to go to Home Depot for it and I said okay. Then hours later a maintenance man came to my door with a piece of wood and said that they have to order the window online so Cheyenne lied. So he put the wood in the window and it was too big so instead of cutting it so it’ll fit he drilled screws to make it hold up but the sides are open so I had to put a blanket over it so no bugs come in. I called Cheyenne and asked when I’ll have a window she said Monday so yesterday I called the office no answer so I walked to the office and she wasn’t there I asked a maintenance guy when she’ll be here and he said “not today, maybe tomorrow” so now it’s Tuesday I called the office and Cheyenne answered. I asked when I’ll be getting a window she said that she hasn’t ordered it yet and I have to be patient, I said “well it’s been almost a week that I’ve had no window, it’s been since Thursday” and she called me a liar and was yelling over me and she was arguing with me and being super rude and unprofessional and petty. Now I made this review right when I noticed my window was gone which was Thursday the 9th so how am I lying? Not to mention I keep catching her in lies but she wants to call me a liar? She said I’m lying about my window being gone since Thursday she said it’s been gone since Friday and she said I’m lying about the wood not fitting the window and she said I’m lying about notifying her about the gap under my door which causes rain to come in and get my carpet wet but I’ve told her about it twice and two different maintenance men plus I’ve emailed about it like twice. UPDATE: it took Cheyenne a week to get me a new window and the maintenance guy didn’t install it correctly, instead of installing it in the window frame he glued it to the outside so a month later it flew off during a storm. Cheyenne didn’t care much so I contacted the city and the manager (Roberta) from The Bianca Apartments. Roberta (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) was soo caring and helpful to me. She didn’t have to help me because she wasn’t the manager for MY apartment complex but she still did everything she could for me and was super sweet and supportive! Cheyenne was let go and now Roberta is in the Blanca office. Thank you so much Roberta <3
