I give this property a thumbs up but the true allure of Riverside Villa apts can be attributed to its property manager Paula Brown. Looking for an apartment can be a tedious and grueling endeavor especially when you work 55-60 hours a week. Paula was punctual, professional and always did exactly what she said she would. When finding a new apartment you need to be able to fall back on a property manager that is humane and lives by integrity. You will be pleased with this building and you’ll be comforted by the high level of professionalism.

This place has a constant roach problem, even if you keep your place clean. It is incredibly frustrating and management is so slow to handle it. Edit to address the business owner that replied to my review - I have put in maintenance requests. I have also called multiple times. You have to hand hold this complex to get them to address your pest concern. This complex has a roach problem - be warned.
