I've had a really great time living here! The distance from campus is extremely convenient, and everything is pretty clean. Problems get resolved and it's like living in a hotel. I recommend it for anyone looking for an off-campus experience :)

All apartments in Lawrence have their quirks and issues, but the management team at HERE has been exceptionally responsive to my roommates questions or concerns. I’ve lived at 2 other student housing apartments and this one is by far the best managed. The location is perfect on campus and amenities are far more updated than any complex around.
