A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

I LOVE AMLI! The team at AMLI Evanston has been nothing but supportive and accommodating. A huge shout out to Eric & Yvette for answering all my questions and supporting the smooth transition into my Mid-May 2023 arrival. The facilities are beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. I use the lounge, rooftop, and gym on a daily basis. Having a parking spot steps from the elevator is a joy after hustling for open street parking for several years. This review is all about the maintainence technician Fernando, he is absolutely the BEST. We have lived at AMLI since 2016, Fernando has been helpful and polite since the day we moved in. 8 years of living here and Fernando is just as pleasant as the day we got here, always takes care of issues quickly. It is very admirable how humble he is, whether it’s fixing a mechanical issue or keeping the building clean. Just because he can fix your AC doesn’t mean he is too good to wipe up spilled coffee in the elevator or pick up trash thrown on our sidewalk. This is awesome and builds value into living @ AMLI. AMLI is a good place to live, having Fernando here makes it GREAT.
