Enjoying my apartment so far. My experience on communication with property management was great and maintenance staff was diligent in getting things fixed. My neighbors are quiet and I love the fact that they do this once a month potluck/gathering/activity (paid by the management team)! Happy tenant~😄

I set up an appointment for a tour with Carolina and she was very very sweet I’ve had bad experiences with office staff at a lot of apartments and I was very happy to be helped by her especially since I really liked the apartment she showed me. She was genuine and gave me her honest opinions and answered all of my questions. ☺️
