Unit Details: - Open floor plans, concrete floors, exposed brick walls, claw foot bathtubs, and historic light fixtures. - Pet-friendly (cats & dogs, 2 per unit with a 40 pound weight limit). - Gated parking lot. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own electricity and internet accounts. Water, Trash, Gas, Sewer and ACH fees are all covered in a monthly utility fee of $59. We welcome pets and have a two pet limit in this property as well as a 40 pound weight limit for dogs.
