I had the pleasure of making an appointment and touring with Laurean! She was very nice and patient while showing me multiple units. I did not feel rushed at any moment which I appreciated because I was able to take it all in and get the most of my experience. She is also very kind, joyful so personable has such a great personality. She made me feel right at home and made sure that my needs were met and all of my questions were answered! I highly recommend her to anyone who is Interested in considering Skyline as their residence! Thank you Laurean for such a pleasant experience!

Been here for about a year now and it's been one of the best places I've lived so far. I have a great 1 bedroom apartment that looks out over the Long Island Sound. Generally, the people in the building are nice and the monthly meet ups help to meet them. I've always had good experiences with the people who work here as well. Christy, Marcia, and Alex are all really great and super helpful. I also really appreciate the folks at the front desk and in the package room. We order a lot online and it's nice knowing that my stuff is in good hands. I work from home and I love that I can work in different areas in the building. My favorite is sitting outside on the patio by the pool.

My husband and I have been residents at Skyline since 2019. Over the years, we've experienced several changes in property management and leasing staff, which led to poor communication and unresolved issues. These problems often escalated unnecessarily, affecting our overall experience. However, in February 2024, we noticed a remarkable improvement in the community living conditions. For the first time since moving in, all six elevators are fully operational! This upgrade significantly enhances our quality of life and safety. Additionally, the building's entrance and lobby are no longer plagued by loiterers, making the environment much more pleasant. This summer, the pool and grill area have been maintained exceptionally well, avoiding the past chaotic atmosphere reminiscent of a music video. The staff now conducts hourly checks to ensure policies are enforced and only residents are using the amenities. We love the spaciousness of our apartment, the ample closet and storage space that newer buildings often lack, and the convenient location, which makes city access easy. The local bars and restaurants offer a downtown vibe without the hectic pace. The maintenance repair staff are always professional, timely, and very clean. We've never had any problems with apartment maintenance or repairs. What changed? The arrival of Chris D., the new Property Manager, Calgren, and the consistent leasing staff team made all the difference. Within the first month, the new Property Manager identified and hired a new elevator vendor, ensuring consistent and effective communication and enforcing building policies. This new team has been a breath of fresh air, and we are grateful for their commitment to creating a safe and high-quality community at Skyline. The improvements made under the new management have transformed our experience, making Skyline a much better place to live. PS - I've seen some of the other reviews and feel like these people live in a completely different building. The trash room on our floor is always clean (see the pictures). I've never had a roach in my apartment, and I have never seen a rat. The new leasing staff responds to my emails and has always made me feel welcome in the leasing office.
