Responsive team when something goes wrong, management is available but not overbearing. For me, the water pressure was great and hot hot fast and cold fast when you turn the knob. The place has no mold and everyone I've talked to that lives here is really happy. No drama. There are a lot of long-term residents, not just rich mines students. Can't beat the location of course. Price is what it is, but I still loved living here.

My review keeps getting taken down so here it is folks: This won't allow for 0 stars. This place is a joke. I've been living here for the last 7ish years, and recently experienced this last year a ~300.00 raise in rent, so now close to 2000.00/mo. with no amenities. Although I don't like it, I understand it and realize that is out of my control, however I've been struggling with my unit since last year. Last December, I experienced a crack that ran alongside the entire back wall of my unit. It was exposed enough that when it snows, it leaks after melting. I was told last year this was fixed. It wasn't. It's now been about 7+ days since this has reappeared, and the complex/owner have stuck a trash can with rags in my living room to 'mitigate the problem'. I as told they've been trying to schedule a roofer, however I have not gotten a date/time yet. I'm a business owner and my computer equipment is my livelihood. The water (thank goodness for renters insurance), covered the back half of my 'office', so you can see where I'm slightly more irritated about this issue. My other issues include: - Mismarked energy meters (working with Xcel currently to fix the hundreds I've overpaid from this issue) - Since snow removal is often very early (4:00 am) and the entire building is concrete, you hear shovels next to your room very loudly until they're done. - Maintenance does not have parking given to them, so often times they'll use your paid parking spot. This does not bother me as much as the fact that the owner does the same, property manager, and any other vendor they have. - I reached out about a second leak, and was completely ghosted by the PM and owner. - There's no communication when it comes to maintenance requests. I can't request a time for them to come, and often don't know if they've showed. - You hear EVERYTHING in this building. Talking, laughing, walking, etc. Often the PM will show apartments on a different level and can hear it all. - took a mold test since I had seen some, it came back with FOUR types. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there. Update as of 01.14.24: I put in a request since my heat went out Thursday afternoon. No one came by. The heat then went out for the whole building Saturday, was fixed, then went out five hours later. This weekend will hit negatives all three days. I've called the emergency hotline three times now. Currently, have been on hold for an hour, still with no updates, and no heat. IT TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS and a Warranty of Habitability warning to finally fix this ^ I filled in holes and left the place clean - they still charged for damages.
