Bear flats was a great place to stay. The apartments are super nice and cozy, guest always compliment and wish to stay there ! The area is nice and safe, neighbors are really welcoming and the management and maintenance are super nice and communicate really great. 10/10 recommend staying here !

Bear Flats Apartments was my first apartment. The property was well kept. Maintenance, Tony and Milton, were always so helpful. Management, Donna and Kiera, were also very helpful and super understanding. Not only were they helpful, they made sure you felt safe and cared about your wellbeing. With all that being said, I really enjoyed my time there. I always felt safe and the energy was unlike any other. I only ever received compliments on my space. This apartment was definitely a great first and raised the bar for any other residence I choose to live in. The only reason I am moving is because my family is taking its next step, but I have no complaints and would recommend this apartment to anyone.
