Thank you Athena team. Everyone is honestly great. my work orders always get taken care of on a timely manner. The manager Vee always responds quickly to emails or phone calls and her office team is also great. Thank you for the amazing changes at Athena. place is clean, free of clutter and grills and ugly hairs outside. patios are nice and clean and i love that we have many doggy areas. consider this a place to call home and you wont be disappointed

Update I’ve been a resident since Athena took over in Late December and they have not rest to turn this apartment community around! I need to give a special shout out to Hilda whom is always easily available with her awesome smile, when I visit or call the office. And if she doesn’t know the answer to my question, which she usually does, she is prompt to find the answer and follow up with me quickly. They are having a renewal party today, as I just received an email. They are awesome at sending out emails plus text to alert us of anything involving our apartment community. The transformations they have done and are doing are so awesome to see! This is a great place to live. Even the convenience of the surrounding businesses are great! I went by to see if I could renew my lease today but I am several months away from my current lease expiring. Do your self and your family a favor and check them out! Sincerely James TEX Hall
