My love for this community grows daily because of the hard work and efforts of the management and maintenance staff. Finding a reasonably priced AND safe place to live in Southern California can be challenging. Torrey Pines has room for improvement but I can tell that Kim Sok & team are working tirelessly to create the best livable atmosphere for all of us. Going on year 3 at Torrey Pines and I've seen so many positive changes and upgrades here. Happy to see what's to come!

Kim has truly turned this complex around. We do so much together as a community now. She always has activities and food trucks set up for us. It was such an easy process to renew.
