Our open-concept apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry wood cabinets. Some of our apartments have vinyl-planked floors and others have carpet and tile floors. Our security deposit starts out at $200.00 (based on your credit score and rental history) Our application fee is $25.00 per adult. Our shortest lease is for 12 months. All you will need is: **A Photo ID of everyone 18 years and older **Fill out an Application **One months’ worth of pay stubs **Make 2.5 times the total rent before Taxes **If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $250.00 (No pet rent) If you have any questions, or would like to see one of our apartments, please feel free to come by Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
