Maintenance is quick in response to requests from the app. Move-in was really great, apartment was clean in all areas. I love that residents have access to the main building after hours for the gym and the computer area. The dog park is nice for my dog to just run around. Haven't been to the pool since i moved in after summer, but it looks nice, small area but nice. You get a lot of amenities and the rent is fair priced

I've lived here for the last two years! Sugarbush is a great place to live! Great location, very affordable, nice community, lovely amenities, relaxing pool! There's really not much to complain about :)

I have lived at Sugarbush apartments for 5 years and don't plan on moving any time soon. The apartment itself is large and has amazing closets (including a huge walk in closet) and storage space. Yes my apartment could use some update, such as new kitchen cabinets, but it is an older community and I did see where they were updating apartments when they become vacant and the pictures were beautiful. As soon as I pull into the apartment complex I feel at home. It is so quiet and does not even feel like I am right in town like I am. Its grounds are kept nice and clean and its has plenty of space that is open for sunshine or shaded, which I enjoy having both depending upon what I am doing. The amenities here are perfect and include a nice swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, picnic area, small playground and a work out room open 24 hours which is nice with my crazy schedule. There is nice grassy areas I can take my grandchildren to play and feel safe. The staff has always answered and fixed any problems or questions I have had and in a timely manner. Any maintenance requests I have had have been taken care of in 1-2 days. The grass is always mowed and beautiful flowers planted in the summer and in the winter the drive and parking is always plowed. They keep the sidewalks shoveled and salted so I never have to worry about slipping and falling. I love the fact that I am in a larger city with everything I need and want within a couple miles but feel like I am living in the country where its quiet and I feel safe. Living alone I have not ever been scared and don't feel scared to sit on my patio at night or walk to my car in the dark. They have 24 hour security which I have never needed except for one time to have a neighbors music turned down and they responded right away. I don't have any pets but if I did they even have a nice place for a dog to run and play, a dog park. I do not plan on moving any time soon and when I do it will be because of buying a home. If anyone is looking for a nice, quiet and safe place to live in Muncie I highly recommend Sugarbush Apartments!
