Very nice office staff. Very patient and Betty is the sweetest thing since sliced apple pie. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in the East Houston area. Very, very clean property, quiet, gated community. Across the street from the court house and very convenient to shopping in the area.

What can I say, my husband and I love our apartment. We are right in front of the office and never had them complain about anything. The complex is clean and well maintained, after the hurricane I did not see any pest and we have pest control come knock on our door, but it has never been needed. I personally haven’t seen any of this and been here 3 years so far. We have children in the complex and the people here are usually here 3+ years. The maintenance team works with everything on time and the upkeep is amazing. Our rent is great for the services provided. I am so happy the manager and her assistant handle their business and do their job. I will be here til I buy!
