A 2 car garage with both a keypad and push bottom remote entrance allows for convenient parking. The home is located minutes from the CNM Westside Campus, Cottonwood Mall and Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, and less then one block to a large city park. Tenant is responsible for all utilities separately. A 12 month lease is required. Renter's insurance is required upon move in date. Total household income must be at least triple the rent price. Maximum 3 adult tenants. NO PETS ALLOWED. No smoking/vaping is permitted inside the residence. First month rent and security deposit is required prior to move in. Non-refundable application fee of $30 per adult resident. THIS PROPERTY IS MANAGED BY THE LOCAL OWNER.
