Maintenance workers are excellent! They fix the problem right the first time, when and if they have all tools and supplies necessary! This is the main reason I moved back. They deserve a huge raise - seriously, I've been a facility manager and I know great workers when I see them perform their work. They are also very dedicated!
I have been so pleased and blessed to find such a great place to live. The staff is amazing and they are all very kind and helpful. If I need anything for myself or my disabled daughter they always come through. Thanks so much for making this place a true home.
I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and am very happy. I have had nothing but a good expererience. The apartments are very nice, large and quiet. Most important to me is that I cannot hear my neighbors at all like I did in other apartment complexes. Both Amanda and Jennifer in the office were extremely helpful to me in moving in and then transitioning from a 2BR to a 3BR. Whenever I have a maintenance issue come up, things are dealt with if not the same day, then within 24 hours. I have moved alot in my lifetime, and I have to say, this apartment complex is by far the best place I have lived. I would highly recommend.

The Resort at Sandia Village, particularly Alex, has been a godsend. Needing to escape my prior apartment complex, timing was essential. The unit I wanted became available the morning I toured the premises. I pounced, and Alex was there at every step to help me secure it. She’s a lifesaver.
The unit itself was clean and in excellent shape upon move in. Alex even helped with the move in checklist by coming over to ensure I didn’t miss anything. The few minor items found were addressed immediately. I have new carpet and a remarkable view. I’ve also noticed that the pool is far cleaner and better maintained than pools at my prior apartment complexes. Kudos to the maintenance staff.
The professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the grounds are top notch. My neighbors are quiet and courteous. I feel safe and welcome here. All in all, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I feel like I’ve won the lottery.
My S.O , son and I just moved to The Resort at Sandia Village and love it! Our 2 bed 2 bathroom is extremely spacious with a great view!! Unlike other apartment complexes when we moved in, the apartment was freshly cleaned and got brand new carpets! The Manager Jennifer is amazing, extremely nice and proficient as well as the maintenance crew! Highly recommend!

So far we been living here for 4 months; my family and I love the property; small and gated community. We enjoy the pool, the community is chill, new play ground, basketball court is our jam. We enjoy the air balloons that come up durning sun rise. We enjoy our apartment at time our neighbors are loud. Everyone is friendly. I recommend this a good place to rent.
I have lived at The Resort at Sandia Village Apartments for Six Months and love it. The maintenance Supervisor has responded to some maintenance calls at my apartment, in a timely and professional manner, which I really appreciate. The apartment complex is always quiet, day and night and very comfortable. The Ladies at the Office are wonderful and have always treated me good and with respect, thank you. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I resided at the Resort at Sandia Village for three years (2018 - 2021). During this time, I had a beautiful two-bedroom apartment home, that actually felt like a home, with spectacular views. The apartment was modern and spacious with a wonderful floor plan, ample closet space, updated appliances, and wonderful balcony. The apartment was affordable and the quality was excellent. The community was quiet, well maintained, and pretty. I experienced very little maintenance issues during the time I lived there except for a door handle falling off and light bulbs that need replacing. The leasing office staff, particularly Alex, were always professional, helpful, and genuine. They truly demonstrated that they cared about you, your family, and your happiness at the community. The annual rental agreement update , move in, and move out processes were effective and efficient. The Maintenance staff were pleasant, professional, and resolved maintenance issues quickly. As someone who had moved from another state and rented the apartment site unseen, I could not have selected a better place to live! I highly recommend Resort at Sandia Village! To me, it is the best apartment to live in the city for the quality, value, and dignified living experience with wonderful employees and community.
