Defoors Ridge @ Collier Apartments is strategically located on Defoor Avenue in West Midtown at walking distance from a vast amount of stores, restaurants and shopping centers. We have 2 floorplans only: Our 1BR/1BA apts. (800sq. ft.) is $1,350.00 and includes: base rent, water, sewer, trash (5-day valet & dumpster), recycling (5-day valet & dumpster), gas, parking, online payment option if you own a checking account, & pest control! Our 2BR apartments (1154 sq. ft.) are $1,550.00 a month including the same services as 1BRs! 12 month leases at the regular rate, 6 month leases are the rate above plus $100. Both lease agreements can be broken at any time with a 60 day notice, and a one month break-up fee. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
