Great experience and I would change it for the world

In the 7yrs I lived there my catalytic converter was cut from my car, my car was shot by a stray bullet, and a man was murdered in broad daylight while holding his baby in his arms. While I must say it's under new management and things looked to be improving when I left, I still do not recommend. There's no on-site management and the surrounding neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. Btw if you end up in 3718-D I feel for you. Ms Jazz downstairs was the worst neighbor I ve EVER encountered.
