I am a current resident and we are also new to the state of Colorado so it is my family’s first apartment in Denver but I must say we absolutely love it here. Many changes have happened with the building since we moved in and it’s all been very positive. Very well secured and I can see the progression it’s made in a short amount of time. The location is perfect for us and the art district is filled with a beautiful variety of people and tons of food, art, and entertainment all within walking distance, which we love. The application was extensive, but the wait was worth it. We love it here and it’s a perfect home for my family.
