Property management has changed from my experience. I've had great responses and can text them directly. At first the washer/dryer was charging but I notified Riley Cooper and he got that corrected. I love the building and neighbors have all been very warm and accommodating. I have 2 kids and residents have left pool floats out for them. Decent rent for location.
