While I have not rented nor seen the apartments yet, I would like to speak to their admin coordinator - Lisa. Throughout my correspondence with her I have had a wonderful open communication that made me feel heard and much less anxious as a 1st time apartment shopper. Really happy I got to have that experience as positive one as compared to many others I have had thus far! Edit: I moved this up to 5 stars because i was able to view an apartment, meet the maintenance, and be informed of the process and customer service provided. I was very impressed with the quality of the remodeling inside the apartments, the attentiveness and professionalism of the maintenance crew I met, Mike and Jamie, as well as the flexibility and general customer service I was provided by Lisa. I highly recommend this location at the Wright Landing if you are looking for renting!
