Portico Villas offers quick acess to the 5, 91, 405 and 605 freeways. The location makes communitin to Califonornia State University, Fullerton, and St. Jude Medical Center easy.

Been at portico apartments almost a year now! Absolutely loved the experience and management. Maintenance had always been fast. Walking distance to grocery stores and others. Pet friendly and lovely courtyard to hang out in with other tenants. If I didn’t outgrow my one bedroom I would stay here for years.

Stephanie was awesome I told her the issue I was having with the apartment, and the next day the crew came out to fix the patio. I can’t ask for more I was so happy with the work the crew did the patio looks amazing now.

Just had a maintenance issue here and everything was handled professionally and fast. The same day I submitted was the same day that came in and fixed all my issues. Moving into this location was pretty easy so far everything's gone very well. It's learning adjustment for everybody when new tenants move in and no one's given any issues.

Honestly I don’t have much complaints besides a few homeless encounters by the trash. Other than that the experience spent at portico has been pretty great. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments and facilities within are pretty clean and well maintained. For a first apartment I would say it was nothing short of a great experience!

While my experience with Portico apartments was brief due to some significant life changes that led me to relocate, I still had a wonderful experience here. The location is great, the apartment I lived in was clean and comfortable, the amenities were fantastic, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and Stephanie was extremely helpful and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this complex, particularly for students as it is extremely easy to use the local bus system to attend nearby schools. The area is perfect for anyone looking for a location that accommodates student life but is free from the chaos commonly associated with campus living. While my life took me in a different direction for the time being, I'd absolutely love to rent here again if afforded the opportunity. :)
