The maintenance team here is top notch! Omar and José go above and beyond to take care of any problem promptly and efficiently. They are both very courteous and friendly. Recently, after having knee replacement surgery, I was able to secure an additional garage spot just steps from my front door thanks to the coordinated efforts of Oscar from maintenance and Yvette at the office. That level of commitment to helping the tenants is one of the definite pluses of living here.

Oscar is amazing! He is always willing to help and go beyond to make sure any maintenance requests are addressed quickly. We’ve lived here for 6 years, moved out for working relocation but now we moved back to Capri, as this place feels like home to us. Oscar and Jose definitely make a difference in this community.

Truly a wonderful place to live. Kind compassionate people, neighbors, friendly maintenance, love Oscar, Omar, & there are many wonderful beings I have seen being helpful and resourceful helping keep the community nice neat & love really flows here, & the nature of God & all that is good to the universe revolves here. Really inspiring, kind, generous people, even through struggle we all work together as one and I see living here as a beautiful community, a village, and we all are blessed bees just buzzing & swimming through life together in divine union. We all coexist here with love in true neighborly fashion which I believe all neighborhoods should apply, we take care of each-other like true brethren & the care I have tuned into here truly has allowed me to be grateful for life with each breath step and blink I take & I hope the same for all who continue to allow this community to be so blessed. Namaste, InshaAllah, Amen, and all beautiful frequencies that radiate true love purity unity & respect.
