The maintenance team here is top notch! Omar and José go above and beyond to take care of any problem promptly and efficiently. They are both very courteous and friendly. Recently, after having knee replacement surgery, I was able to secure an additional garage spot just steps from my front door thanks to the coordinated efforts of Oscar from maintenance and Yvette at the office. That level of commitment to helping the tenants is one of the definite pluses of living here.

Oscar is amazing! He is always willing to help and go beyond to make sure any maintenance requests are addressed quickly. We’ve lived here for 6 years, moved out for working relocation but now we moved back to Capri, as this place feels like home to us. Oscar and Jose definitely make a difference in this community.
