Five Star review with a few negatives. TLDR - Highly recommend but floors are thin, so need to get lucky with upstairs neighbors or get a top floor unit. Pros: - Management and Maintenance. Kayla D is the best and is always a great go-to for anything you need. The maintenance team is also super friendly and will fix any problems you have in the apartment super quick. -Amenities are awesome. The pool and hot tub are great and almost always open. The gym has great equipment. It’s not huge but you can typically find times where there aren’t many people. It definitely has enough to get a full workout in. The rooftop is amazing and has a grill. Best place in the city to watch fireworks over Coors. -The apartments themselves feel very modern and have everything you would want in them (other than no ceiling lights in the bedrooms / living room - they have them in the kitchen) -The location is perfect if you want to live downtown! Walking distance to 3 pro sporting venues, parks, restaurants and more. Perfect place if you happen to work downtown. It’s also walking distance-ish to RiNo and LoHi. Cons -Floors are thin. This can be potentially terrible depending on your upstairs neighbors. If you get a top floor apartment, then obviously you are in the clear. I personally didn’t have many problems with my upstairs neighbors for the year plus I lived there. I would hear them every so often but they went to sleep at normal times so they never kept me up. My girlfriend lived in another unit and it was a disaster. She lived there for 3 years and a few tenants were ok but some were horrible. We would be kept up nights wondering what on earth they could be doing up there. Not sure if the floor on their unit was particular thin/missing padding but it was awful. You could never hear your neighbors to the sides, but it is the luck of the draw for hearing your upstairs neighbors it seems. -One of the main elevators was frequently reserved. Sometimes if someone reserved it during the day, the front office would forget to unlock it and you wouldn’t be able to use it until the next morning (or if it they forgot to unlock it on Saturday before they left for the weekend, it couldn’t be unlocked until Monday). This happened a little too often. Not the end of the world since there are other elevators but definitely an inconvenience at times. Overall, with me and my gfs 4+ years combined living there, we would recommend it!

The Casey Apartments are nothing less than awesome. Zhane and Kayla made my wife and I feel like family. To say they go above and beyond their regular schedule is an understatement! My son is moving in the building while my wife and myself set his apartment up. Everyone I met in the building was friendly and had nothing but great things to say about staff and the property itself. I was probably overly inquisitive about the Casey, but absolutely made the best decision for my son. No words can describe Zhane and Kayla knowledge, experience, and helpfulness, while I was there for 4 days. Thank you Zhane, and Kayla for making this happen and a wonderful experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You Guys Rock 🪨 I would highly recommend this property!
