Two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor, along with a gorgeous kitchen, living room, and breakfast nook that receive lots of natural light. A spacious master suite with large ensuite bathroom is located in the basement, as well as a den (possible office) or potential theater room with a large retractable screen already in place. Gorgeous backyard with a Trex deck, perfect for hosting, and the other half has artificial turf that was put in Summer 2023. $3300/month for rent + flat $250/month to cover utilities and high speed internet We allow dogs, however, the artificial turf in the backyard is not to be used at their constant potty spot.
