Brandy Chase is a wonderful place to live. My roommate and I have lived here for approximately 8 months and have encountered no issues during our stay. The staff is polite, helpful, efficient, and take a general interest in you as an individual. The maintenance is timely and always very accommodating to your needs. The town homes themselves are spacious and up to date. Any problem we see is fixed quickly and with no hassle.

I have lived at Brandy Chase from August 2020 until Sept 2022. It was a fantastic living experience and I can’t say enough good things about the excellent staff and overall experience. It is very clean and well-maintained and conveniently located near Sweetwater Sound. I am very impressed and highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again to Carol and staff for your courtesy and professionalism.
