I lived here for a year and loved it. Crystal is an awesome property manager and maintenance staff is always on point. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly for the most part. I miss living here. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in.

Lived in one of the townhomes for two years as my first apartment. Crystal was so helpful and gracious the entire time ! The property was always clean and peaceful, and you really can’t beat the convenience of the location. I’m really appreciative to have The Oaks as my first renting experience :)

Our stay here was great. All needs met and Crystal at the office was more than helpful and kind. She made sure we actually got the apartment being it was the literal LAST apartment available in the entire complex. And she helped us tremendously with our early moving out. Truly appreciated her. The Oaks at Little Dutchman Creek is an awesome place to live. I lived there 2 years, moved for a year and came back. Crystal and Doug are AMAZING. Any issue that I've ever had, which were very few, it was taken care of immediately. They not only care about how the oaks looks and runs but they really care about their tenants and their needs. They go above and beyond to help you. If I could give the oaks 10 stars I would.

Really great space- clean, no smoking, etc. No complaints with neighbors- lots of new families and diversity. If anything needs a repair, they're really good about getting someone there the same day, or early the next morning. Crystal is so kind and helpful - even after we left (we got a house) she had kept our mail and packages safe for us. It was the perfect place for us in the season of life we were in!

By far the best management company. From the office staff to maintenance everyone is amazing. They truly for each and every tenant they have. Crystal is amazing..she communicates well and will ensure that you are taken care of while to reside there. I wish I had rented with them sooner!
