Living at Gold Falls Villa was an awesome experience. The staff is very helpful! Maintenance requests are easy to fill out and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Our experience with the Property manager, Ashley was amazing! She walked us through everything we needed to know through the move-in process. She is kind, friendly, and always willing to help! Maintenance is pretty typical of an apartment complex. They do their best but I've heard people put in work orders that really shouldn't be submitted in the first place like... light bulbs and clogged toilets. The Pool, Dog Park and Free internet are wonderful amenities! It's also VERY quiet compared to other complex's I've lived at. I would highly recommend living here as a student, or non-student!
