Unit Details: - The unit for lease is on the second floor. - Open floor plans, 20' ceilings, factory doors, & more! - Gated parking lot. - Pet-friendly (cats & dogs, 2 per unit with a 40 pound weight limit). Tenants are responsible for setting up their own electricity and internet accounts. Water, Trash, Gas, Sewer and ACH fees are all covered in a monthly utility fee of $59. We welcome pets and have a two pet limit in this property as well as a 40 pound weight limit for dogs.
