I've lived in a 3/3 and currently am in a 1/1 and have had great experiences since moving to Villa Lucia. The apartments are clean, functional, and have plenty of room. Brittany, Ashley and the front office staff are always attentive and helpful at resolving any issues for the neighborhood and its residents. Scott and the maintenance staff have always responded to work requests quickly and make sure the job is done well. Highly recommend to any college students looking for a great place to live near campus.

Living at Villa Lucia has been such a great experience! The office staff is very receptive and always willing to go out of their way to make me feel welcome and assist me in anything that I need handled. The maintenance team works fast for any requests. I have had a very smooth experience living here and would recommend it to any students looking for a place to sign while in college.
