My fiance and I lived at 4220 Grand for a year and a half and could not be more impressed and grateful for the wonderful staff at Elevate Living. Every maintenance request was fulfilled in a timely manner and communication was informative and efficient. What really blew me away was when our pipes burst in January of 2018; not only did we receive help immediately when the problem was discovered, but they sent a carpet cleaners for our living room and a cleaning crew to tidy up the mess in our bathroom which had been almost completely gutted. Everything was fixed and clean within 48 hours. If that wasn't enough, the company sent us a prepaid visa to replace some personal items that were lost due to the burst pipes even though we had renter's insurance. If you are looking for an apartment in the Des Moines area, I highly, HIGHLY recommend Elevate Living!

I love my apartment , I have brand new carpeting before moving in. I recived a very nice gift back with essentials , the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The area is so quiet you can hear a pin drop very good security system inplace also convinces is a big deal to me everything is within minutes from here!
