Run from this place. The owner has no business renting out some of these units. The pipes are old and some of the units smell like rotten sewage. The owner and some workers had to go into my bathroom walls and repair some pipes that were cracked and they were giving off a horrible smell throughout the unit. . Owners and her crew made a mess of the bathroom and my unit. I was without a bathroom for a entire weekend and had to stay in a hotel. The owner refuse to reduce my rent for the hotel bill and the smell is still in my unit.
