The experience at The Uptown has been so amazing at every step so far. It's really a hidden gem. We had a tour with Jessica who is so informative and welcoming. She answered all our questions and I moved in the next day. The process was easy and efficient. Any maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. Easy to use resident portal and ease of communication to anyone at the front desk. Its only been a little over a week but I love it so far. Neighbors are friendly and it is pretty quiet. In addition to great amenities and spacious units, they have monthly events for the residents. Today is trivia night! Overall, the team Ebony, Hans, Jessica, Kim and the kind custodial lady I've seen a few times has been so warm. I appreciate them and grateful to have found a new place to call home.
