Best apartment I've lived at to-date. The staff that run Windsor Square are the absolute best - so friendly, always accommodating, and they'll put together little treats and meals for residence so people can get together every few months. Maintenance is always timely and a 10/10 service, and they keep up the entire grounds of the complex looking good and clean. Great part of Des Moines to be in, close to everything. Really enjoyed living here along with my 1 dog.

We have lived here for 3 years now and Kendra is always extremely helpful. She takes care of things very quickly. Chris is the best maintenance guy around even though he likes the Chiefs. All staff continue to greet us when we are going in and out of the apartment complex. Overall, we couldn’t ask for a better community to be a part of!
