It’s very nice and calm property. Location: perfect for the kids ( good school rate) and not far away from my work place (in downtown) Staff members: Jessica was very collaborative person to get my lease done in a reasonable time. Jordan is a helpful guy who guided me the first time I put my foot on the apartment. Conner welcomes me and pay attention to all my concerns. Maintenance people are amazing hard worker fix issues accordingly. I am glad to be one of this community!

We love living here at River Oaks. We haven’t always had the best experience with their property management but once Alisha started working here, our experience has been amazing! This place is also beyond being dog friendly. So much green space and a very nice dog park to play with our new puppy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a pet friendly and extremely safe community!
