I have lived here for just about two years. The location is very convenient due to its close proximity to UB's North Campus. The property manager has revamped the apartment complex giving it such an open and welcome feeling. The apartments are fairly spacious and for being so close to UB the apartments are surprisingly quiet which is a huge plus. There is an online rent payment portal which adds to the convenience. The maintenance men for our building are amazing too, they are so nice and pleasant and if you have any issues if there is anyone who can fix it, it would be these two men. Overall I am happy to call this my home, and hopefully you will be too.
