Lived in this community since 2017, just recently moved February of 2020. Very pleasant stay. My last year here I had a new born, I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was during that time, also maintenance was very prompt and completed task in a timely manner, the office staff was very friendly, and consistent, and the new landscape and amenities updates made the community beautiful. I’ll miss the property, we moved due to getting a house a needing more space, but this was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had living in an apartment complex.

I recently went to this location looking for a 1 bedroom home and I greeted by the Property Manager, Stacia. She was so pleasant while giving me the information I need to make a sound decision. Her leasing person, Brittany was also amazing because she connected with me in building a great rapport to get me to apply. That was a good sale technique to get me to sign a lease. I read the previous reviews and those ladies and their maintenance staff seems to enjoy what they do everyday so they can enjoy their job and also please their residents. Sometimes you just have to take an old fashion visit to see what you want. I truly enjoyed touring at Forest. Go see them!
