After living in a previous complex that I felt very unsafe and with a very neglectful management team, I truly appreciate and value how amazing this property and its staff are. The ladies in the office are attentive, respectful, and understanding; and the maintenance team for this property is phenomenal (shoutout to Matt and Hunter)! If you are contemplating moving to this community, I definitely recommend checking them out.

I just have to say I have never been happier within my community. The people here who are in the office are fantastic! The maintenance crew are wonderful,they fixed my issue in less than 24hours and did a phenomenal job. I appreciate you all so very much! We are so happy to be living in this beautiful community, with such lovely people looking out for us.

I find myself compelled to write this email. Originally I was rented unit G51. Upon coming into the office to sign the lease, Daniel (Zach) informed me that they changed the Rental unit to ***. I was not happy about this because I had already had everything changed and was not informed of this. While in the office we (Daniel and myself) had to call State Farm and CEMC to make the changes from unit G51 to ***. In doing so I incurred additional set up fees ($25) which could have been avoided had I been notified of the change. So, I ended up having to pay double. Then, today I was told by CEMC that they tried contacting the office (Daniel) to confirm the move in to ***, they were unable to reach him and left messages to no avail. Eventually, they emailed me directly- because it now had exceeded 30 days in which to confirm the actual move in ... I was charged additional fees for Aug. and Sept. Today, I came into the office and spoke with Alicia the property manager. She was very helpful and informative. I never received a welcome packet, nor was anything explained by Daniel. Alicia explained Trash service, water/sewer, utility activation ... etc. I went into the office with a sour taste in my mouth from my experiences with Daniel. I'm happy to say that after speaking with Alicia I'm feeling better about my move here. Also. I must say that not only was he incompetent he was also decieving because CEMC told me they spoke with Timothy ***** (used my last name) ... I suspect it was Daniel because I don't know anyone here and don't have any family by that name. This young man put up roadblocks at every turn when I requested to speak with Alicia ... I should have realized at that point that something very shady was going on. I hope you are able to credit me for some of the wrong doings he did. By the way, I wanted to compliment you on your maintenance person Andrew, he has been wonderful on taking care of issues in my unit. Regards, Current resident
