Location is close to UAB campus and 5 Points South, easy access to the freeway. But since the building is more secluded, there are a lot of homeless living in the trees next to the building and will sometimes pester the residents. Parking is not ideal- only street parking or in a shared public lot- high risk of break ins, vandalism, and towing (I've had my car broken into and vandalized 3x in the past 5 months). Management (H2) is lacking to try to address resident concerns. Maintenance is slow to fix all issues. The windows leak, so electricity for AC and gas for heating is through the roof expensive. As an unhappy resident, I would not recommend.
