Free wifi and one uncovered off-street parking space included. Close to restaurants, breweries, boutiques, nightlife, cafes, and centrally located. Thoughtfully updated with a spacious open layout and tile floors throughout. Kitchen features granite countertops, breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, and is fully stocked with service for 4 people. Appliances include fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans. The dining area features cozy seating for four adjacent to the decorative fireplace. There is a large sectional couch in the living room facing the flat screen TV above the decorative fireplace. Recessed lighting and window air conditioner in the living room. The primary bedroom is very large and has plenty of storage with two closets, a linen closet, and large armoire. The primary is a great retreat with a very comfortable with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite features a nicely tiled shower and large vanity. The hall bathroom is opposite the kitchen and has a bathtub shower and beautiful vanity. The second bedroom/office is located behind the kitchen and set up as an office. It has a walk in closet, a desk and futon bed. The office has access to the large private patio through a sliding glass door. The private patio has a dining table, and cozy lounge set. Located in a small gated condo complex in the heart of North Park. There is one assigned uncovered parking space at the front of the building and one parking space in the shared garage.
