The manager and maintenance are very helpful. The landscaping is pretty. The apartment we live in is upgraded, and feels like home. We have an assigned parking spot at no extra cost so no worries finding a parking spot. Guest parking fills up easily during certain times, but it's nothing that has impacted me. They are even nice enough to hook up a lawn sprinkler for the kids.

Nice down to earth management. Have not lived there, am with relatives now but the vibe of the apts was great and I would move there if opportunity arose. Not over priced for those of us on a budget!
