The Overlook exchange apartments are great. I've had nothing but good experiences with them from maintenance to events that they've thrown great community great place to live. Miss Inez and Adriana have always been very helpful so kudos to them and the apartment complex for all they do.

Recently renewed my lease and decided I should share my experience while living here. Greenwood Star has done their due diligence and hired staff that has turned this property around. If you are in the market & looking for your next place to plant roots, I hope you consider Overlook Exchange Apartments! Everyone in the front office has been pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff is friendly, professional & efficient! Do recommend. This property is in a great school district, C- UTSA, HS- Brandeis, MS- Stinson, ES- Carnahan. Dog friendly, there is a dog park on the property and access to a recently completed dog park up the street. Access to Leon Creek Greenway trails. I have enjoyed living here!
