My review won't show up if it's not a 5 star review everyone! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I BEG OF YOU! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF! PLEASE! The conditions that management lets their tenants live in is DISGUSTING.THEY wouldn't allow themselves to live like this. Flooding, SO MANY-TOO MANY- roaches and knats, spiders! It's insane and seeing my friend have to live like that breaks my HEART! The managers should be ASHAMED! This is pure NEGLIGENCE. And if they don't start fixing EVERYTHING wrong and make it LIVABLE then they're looking at a potential lawsuit. If all the tenants filed a class-action lawsuit they'd be done. You guys make me sick Edit (Additions): I'm pretty sure Jalia doesn't live here. Like, she's a board member to a health organization. Why would she live HERE?? Lol. So don't trust her review. How does she have access to the property manager and my friend can't even get a phone call through??? Like huh?? She's probably a friend of management and they had their employees "mass" like her review. ("Mass" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, I know) So the emergency line is inactive. My friend tried calling and no answer; it automatically hangs up. The office was closed when it was supposed to be open. They don't answer calls. They don't check their online messages. She tells me she pays a monthly fee for pest control. BUT they don't come unless requested. AND they ONLY come every 90 days. This is a BREACH of contract and is a sueable offense. You can't take money and not render the service. "What apartment does she live in?" you may be asking. How about YOU CLEAN AND PROPERLY MANAGE ALLLLLLL BUILDINGS AND NOT JUST HERS?? Everyone living there deserves a place to LIVE. And the state of those apartments is NOT livable. I will be contacting the housing authority to report you people if you don't get your act together as soon as possible. You have two. You people have been negligent for too long. I feel two weeks is more than you should get to be honest
