My partner and I had the pleasure of living at this complex for a little over a year. The property manager, Erika, is an angel! She is extremely helpful, kind, and communicative. Unfortunately due to work circumstances, we relocated and needed to break our lease. In hopes to avoid penalty fees, I sought out Erika for advice on our options. She was very informative, patient, and understanding of our situation. While we did end up having to pay the fees, Erika's patience and kindness made the blow a little softer for sure! Woodward, if you are reading this, please give Erika a raise! She absolutely deserves it for her hard work and care put into The Vyne on Central!

I have lived at The Vyne on Central for over 2 years, and have been very pleased with my experience here so far. The office is always responsive and my maintenance requests are always completed quickly. I really appreciate that Chris (our maintenance director) communicates updates on my work orders when applicable. I love the size and layout of my current apartment (1 bedroom), and the 2 bedroom unit that I used to live in was beautiful! The apartment feels so spacious and the balcony is perfect for relaxing. Everyone is generally pretty friendly and I have felt safe living here. Our common areas are also well kept, and the pool is great! Overall, I have been happy living here and any concerns I’ve had are always resolved quickly. I plan to continue to live here for the foreseeable future, as I recently signed a lease to stay!
