I have lived at Quincy Plaza for about a year and have enjoyed my time thus far! My apartment is spacious for a 1 bedroom and I feel like I have just about any amenity that I could want. Management is fairly quick to respond to maintenance requests and someone is usually available at the front desk if I have questions. The apartment gym is new and spacious if you're someone who likes to workout. I don't personally use the community spaces (meeting room, community room, grilling patio) much but they are available for those who want to use them. I think you get a fair price for what you pay for when compared to the rest of the DC/Arlington area.

In my nearly 18 years of stay at Quincy Plaza and the only home to my son, we have seen several different resident managers, but never have I had one as extraordinary as Rashid. From the day Rashid started managing Quincy Plaza until recently moving on to another new Dittmar property, he has been a perfect example of a resident manager. He is always there for you, any time of day, with attentiveness and the most positive attitude. He is never too busy, and it is very clear that his tenants are his priority. Rashid cares for his tenants as well as the property. He has constantly made our building safer and pleasant. He respected all of us the same and allowed us to feel like a community. Rashid is a hard-working and caring individual; he is managing a new Dittmar building and Dittmar company is lucky to have him. I would recommend anyone to rent from any property managed under Rashid. Nebeyet
